1. Accepted Payment Methods

RBMS accepts payments through the PhonePe Payment Gateway, which supports multiple secure options:

  • UPI Payments
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • PhonePe Wallet
  • Other Wallets linked to PhonePe

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Payment Process

  • After selecting a service, you will be redirected to PhonePe's secure payment interface.
  • Upon successful payment, a payment confirmation and transaction receipt will be sent to you via email/SMS.
  • Your selected service will be activated or processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed securely by PhonePe with industry-standard encryption.
  • RBMS does not store sensitive payment information like credit card details or UPI IDs.
  • We rely on PhonePe's fraud detection tools to ensure safety.

4. Payment Failures & Errors

In case of payment failures:

  • Verify payment details and ensure sufficient funds.
  • If the amount is debited but the transaction fails, it is usually reversed within 5-7 working days.
  • Contact your bank or PhonePe support if the reversal is delayed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once services are initiated or delivered.
  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 working days.

6. Taxes & Additional Charges

All applicable taxes, including GST, will be included in the total amount at checkout.

8. Changes to Payment Policy

RBMS reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
