1. Service Overview
Various services listed on RBMS website such as insurance quotation management, risk classification
tools, tariff benchmarking, and value-added underwriting support for insurance intermediaries and
corporate clients.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation of their RBMS subscription or service package by submitting a
written request to support@riskbirbalms.com at least 7 working days prior to the
next billing cycle.
- For annual subscription packages, cancellations made after activation will be effective at the
end of the current subscription period. No mid-term cancellation is permitted unless stated
otherwise in a custom agreement.
- For any enterprise-grade or custom integrations, cancellation terms will be governed by the
individual contract or SLA.
3. Refund Policy
- No Refund for Fully Availed Services: If RBMS services have been fully used
(e.g., quotation submissions, data downloads, or tool usage exceeding 5 sessions), no refund
shall be granted.
- Partial Refund (Pro-rata basis):
- If cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of subscription and usage is minimal, a
partial refund may be approved after a review of service logs.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service and processing charges.
- No Refund for Add-On Modules: One-time payment modules such as EQ Zone Finder,
Fire Occupancy Classifier, or Industry Rate Finder are non-refundable once activated.
- Enterprise Contracts: Refunds and cancellations for enterprise plans will
follow terms mutually agreed upon in the service-level agreement (SLA).
4. Processing Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original mode of payment or
as otherwise agreed.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
